Planning for a healthy day is important no matter what the activity

A healthy tip that provides good health and savings is to brown bag your food when headed out for a sports event.  It is much healthier to include an apple, peanut butter sandwich, raisins, carrots and a water for after the event, then to stop at a fast-food restaurant.  There are many recipes for trail mix and home-made granola that provide good eating.
