What: All-Star Blue Ribbon Tasting 
When: July 16, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Why: Celebrate and taste award-winning Wisconsin specialty meats, cheeses, spirits and State Fair desserts.
Where: Wisconsin Expo Center at State Fair Park in West Allis 

Tickets are $35 in advance, or $40 at the door, with a limited number available. All attendees will also receive a ticket to the 2011 Wisconsin State Fair opening day. To purchase tickets in advance, visit www.wisconsincheeseoriginals.com

Note: The All-Star Blue Ribbon Tasting is a fundraiser for the Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation, with proceeds helping support youth programming and scholarships. The event is sponsored by the Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Committee, which promotes Wisconsin's $26.5 billion dairy industry during the Wisconsin State Fair.
